Triple Crown Award

Five Star Ford is one of two Ford dealers in the Nation to win Ford’s Most Prestigious Award since its inception twelve years ago. It combines all of the most important aspects of a top quality dealership. In order to win the Triple Crown Award you must achieve Top 100 Sales Volume in the Nation, Top 100 Parts & Service Volume in the Nation and the President’s Award which is based on top customer satisfaction.

Presidents' Award

The President’s Award is Ford Motor Company’s top award for Customer Satisfaction. Only 15 dealers in a region can win this award. Five Star Ford is proud to have won the President’s Award the last 13 years and has the Highest Customer Satisfaction scores in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex for 2009.

Top 100 Club

Sales - Five Star Ford is ranked as one of the Top 100 Ford dealerships in the Nation in sales. We were ranked 6th in the Nation for 2011.

Service - Five Star Ford is ranked as one of the Top 100 Ford dealerships in the Nation in service sales.

Parts - Five Star Ford is ranked as one of the Top 100 Ford dealerships in the Nation in both retail parts sales and wholesale parts sales. We were ranked 29th in the Nation in retail sales and 33rd in the Nation in wholesale sales for 2011.

Internet - Five Star Ford is ranked as one of the Top 100 Ford dealerships in the Nation in Internet sales. We were ranked 3rd in the Nation for 2011 by only 1 sale. In 2007 and 2008 we were ranked number 1 in the Nation in Ford eSales.

This is considered Ford Credit’s most prestigious dealer recognition award. It recognizes dealers that excel in both customer satisfaction and support for Ford Credit. Five Star Ford is proud to have won this award the past seven years and is a five time “Masters” recipient. In 2011, Five Star Ford ranked 8th in the Nation in Partners in Quality.
